A year in the life...

Once a year, there is an air show at the little airport near Manassas. Lots of vintage aircraft, some jets, and some helicopters. The helicopter company was local and they were giving free rides to the show attendees.So here we are, circling the airport. I'm trying to think of what to shoot that would give the impression of what I felt on this ride. (It was like being on a magic carpet.) Notice that I've included my feet and a bit of the aircraft in the picture. I have other shots, without the feet, but they are just some dull aerial photos. To see the effect of including the details at the bottom of the picture, scroll back up until you see the whole picture. Then try covering the bottom part with your hand to see the difference.
